These terms and conditions of use, together with any terms and privacy policies mentioned here, constitute a legally binding contract between you and Sensitive Wellness.

Here it is specified that the term “tantric massage” means treatment, well-being and relaxation and does not correspond to any definition of involvement or sexual connotation with the therapist under any circumstances. Therefore, massage has therapeutic purpose and self-knowledge.

OUR SERVICES

To use our services, you must be over 18 years of age. In order for your experience in our massages to be even more extraordinary, we ask that you do not use cell phones and / or other electronic devices inside the rooms. It is forbidden to capture images, either video or photos in our center.

When booked, massages, courses or workshops will be subject to the terms and conditions, as established in the form that must be completed by the customer before starting the service.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

You can make a reservation through our website, by phone or via email. We only accept prior reservations at least 1 hour in advance, for security reasons we do not accept clients without appointments.
We do not accept customer appointments with a private cell phone number. By making a reservation, you agree to provide complete, correct and true information, including, without limitation, billing and payment information.

Payment must be collected on the day and time agreed between the client and the Therapist before starting the massage or in advance through an account that must be provided by the Therapist. Details of all our massages and prices are available on our website.

• We will do everything possible to ensure that your experience is exceptional and that all information you provide to us will be secure.
• As the main person responsible for the reservation, you are responsible for:
• Full payment for the scheduled massage;
• Ensure that the professional has access to their designated facilities which must, in all cases, represent an adequate space in which the massage can be performed, with all appropriate facilities (including adequate lighting and heating);
• Guarantee the health, safety and respect of the professional while in their designated facilities.

PRICES

MASSAGES
The price of the massages varies according to the type and duration of the massage you book. Massage Prices will be determined by reference to the massage prices in effect on the date when that massage is booked.

COURSES AND WORKSHOP

The price of courses and workshops has a pre-defined time and duration, available on our website and the Therapist reserves the right to make changes when deemed necessary.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, it is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate information at the time of booking. Failure to provide complete and accurate information may result in the rejection of your reservation request, the cancellation of your reservation or the inability of the therapist to provide the massage, course or workshop as requested. Such failure may also result in the loss or incorrect delivery of your booking confirmation.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Reservations paid in advance.
• Up to 48 hours before booking, a full refund is made.
• Up to 24 hours before the appointment, 50% of the refund is made.
• After 24h before the appointment there is no refund

You must share with us your intention to cancel the reservation by phone or email with the details provided at the time of booking. You must receive confirmation of the massage cancellation to complete this request.
If you made a cancellation as mentioned above, all refunds will be made within fourteen (14) days of the date on which you share your intention to cancel the reservation. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

EXTENSIONS AND DELAYS

If you wish to extend the time you have reserved for the massage, the Therapist will endeavor to fulfill your request. This is subject to availability and also to the payment of an additional fee for the extended period calculated according to the massage prices.
Delays of up to 15 minutes will be allowed, as it may harm the Therapist in other appointments made during the day. The higher delay gives the therapist the right to cancel the massage and the return terms are mentioned above.
The Therapist has the right to end the massage at the agreed time when the reservation was made without making any adjustments to the massage fee to reflect the reduced massage time; or
if you and the Therapist agree to continue the massage at all times, despite the late start time, the Therapist will be entitled to receive and you will be required to pay before the massage is granted, an additional fee calculated in the rate established with massage prices for extra time.

PROHIBITED USE AND RESTRICTIONS

Our services are for your personal use and should only be used for the purpose of consulting or booking massages, courses and workshops, as described above. You must not use the website to perform any of the following procedures that are strictly prohibited:

• When scheduling or interacting with the Therapist, you must exercise caution and common sense to protect your personal safety, details and properties, just as you would when interacting with others you do not know;
• Engage in any inappropriate behavior, including, without limitation, illicit or sexually suggestive comments, sexual advances, drug use, excessive alcohol consumption and / or other inappropriate behavior;
• Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying our services;
• Infringing any person’s privacy rights, property rights or other civil rights;
• Harass, abuse, threaten or infringe or violate the therapist’s rights;
• Collect data or collect information, including email addresses, without their consent;
• Use technology or other means to access our computer network, unauthorized content or non-public spaces;
• Introduce or attempt to introduce viruses or any other harmful code, file or program that disrupts or otherwise limits the functionality of our reservation services;
